When I close Internet Explorer I don't get the "Would You Like to Disconnect Now" screen. How do I disconnect?

1. Look at the icons next to your clock on your task bar, you should have one that looks like either two computer monitors connected together or a box with two lights.
2. Double click the icon.
3. Click Disconnect.
4. Complete.
