Welcome to the CommPlus Internet Services Trouble Shooting Guide for Microsoft Internet Explorer Version 4.x.

When I check my e-mail I get a message asking me to verify my username & password.

  1. In Outlook Express click on Tools on the menu bar then Accounts.
  2. On the Mail tab option double click your CommPlus e-mail account.
  3. Click on the Servers tab option.
  4. Delete both the Account name & Password field and re-enter both.
  5. Click OK
  6. Click Close
  7. Click your Send & Receive Icon.
  8. If this doesn't correct the problem, call 384-7030 for assistance.
  9. Complete!
