Shooting Guide for Microsoft Internet Explorer Version 4.x.
When I check my e-mail I get a message asking me to
verify my username & password.
- In Outlook Express click on Tools on
the menu bar then Accounts.
- On the Mail tab option double
click your CommPlus e-mail account.
- Click on the Servers tab option.
- Delete both the Account name & Password
field and re-enter both.
- Click OK
- Click Close
- Click your Send & Receive Icon.
- If this doesn't correct the problem, call 384-7030
for assistance.
