Shooting Guide for Microsoft Internet Explorer Version 4.x.
When I check my e-mail I get a message that host
mail.commplusis.net could not be found.
- In Outlook Express click on Tools on
the menu bar then Accounts.
- On the Mail tab option double
click your CommPlus e-mail account.
- Click on the Servers tab option.
- Delete both the Outgoing mail(SMTP) &
Incoming mail(POP3) fields and re-enter both with mail.commplusis.net
- Click OK
- Click Close
- Click your Send & Receive Icon.
- If this doesn't correct the problem, call 384-7030
for assistance.
- Complete!
