Welcome to the CommPlus Internet Services Trouble Shooting Guide for Microsoft Internet Explorer Version 4.x.

When I check my e-mail I get a message that host mail.commplusis.net could not be found. 

  1. In Outlook Express click on Tools on the menu bar then Accounts.
  2. On the Mail tab option double click your CommPlus e-mail account.
  3. Click on the Servers tab option.
  4. Delete both the Outgoing mail(SMTP) & Incoming mail(POP3) fields and re-enter both with mail.commplusis.net
  5. Click OK
  6. Click Close
  7. Click your Send & Receive Icon.
  8. If this doesn't correct the problem, call 384-7030 for assistance.
  9. Complete!
